The Problem Letting Agents Face
Under current Electrical Safety Regulations, landlords must ensure electrical installations are inspected and tested at least every five years. Where an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is marked Unsatisfactory, remedial work must be completed within 28 days.

- Red page – confirms an Unsatisfactory inspection and indicates remedial works are required.
