Use this service to apply for contractor access to the TESC EICR filing, verification and remedial follow-up system.

Provide the business address connected with this contractor application or your home address if you are a sole trader.

Scheme details

Enter any registration details held with a recognised electrical scheme provider.

For example, UK Safety Council, NICEIC, NAPIT or another provider.

Filing plan

Select how the contractor account is expected to use the TESC filing system. This can be changed later.

Qualification evidence

Upload documents for manual review before the account can be approved.

Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and WEBP. Maximum file size: 8MB per file. Minimum requirements Level 3 in Electrical Installation, BS7671 18th Edition AND a testing and inspection qualification (preferably C&G2391).

These details will be used to access the contractor dashboard after approval.

Manual approval

Submitting this form does not grant immediate filing access. The account remains pending until reviewed and approved by TESC.
