The Electrical Safety Council (TESC) operates as an independent compliance and verification body supporting post-inspection electrical safety processes across the United Kingdom.

Purpose

We collaborate with qualified contractors and local authorities to uphold electrical safety standards. Our mission is to assist landlords, managing agents, and duty-holders in fulfilling their legal obligations under the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020.

The Compliance Stage After an EICR

An electrical inspection produces a report. The next phase is compliance: timelines, remedial actions and confirmation of outcomes. TESC focuses on that phase with structured follow-up and verification processes.
